بعد 9 سنين هناك منهم اكونت أنا كنت فيه wave 1 و عملت حاجات كتير جدا وقت و مجهود و بعد ما الحمدلله اترقيت آكتر من مرة اتنقلت لاكونت تاني و من هنا بدأت المشاكل رفضوا يزودوا مرتبي مع إنهم عارفين إني استاهل حقي و حق الشغل الكتير إللي باعمله من 10 الصبح ل 10 بالليل و مفيش أوفر تايم و ردهم عاوز زيادة اترقى طب اترقى فين و مفيش في المكان إللي أنا فيه ترقيات و من بعدها عينك ما تشوف إلا النور، ال CCM أو contact center manager يبقى صاحب مديري روحت اسأله على حاجة الاقيه فجأة يزعق فيا في وسط الناس و يقولي أنا معايا كلينت قاعد إنت بتعمل إيه إنت بتقول إيه و شوية لقيت مديري جاي بيقولي إنت هتنزل HR investigation طبعا فهمت إن دي تلكيكة و ال account manager فهم الموضوع و وقف كل ده بعدها لقيت مديري بيقولي إحنا مش محتاجين مكانك و هنلغي ترقيتك إللي هي بقالها 3 سنين قولتله ده ضد القانون و أعملها و أنا و إنت و مكتب العمل بقى بيخليني أعمل شغل زي باقي التيم إللي أنا ماسكه و شوية كبرت دماغي و استقلت و مشيت عشان أخلص أنا بس حابب احذر الناس منهم لأن فعلا ماحدش هناك بيعرف ياخد حقه و لو حطوا حد في دماغهم بيضايقوه
